General

Check in is at 3pm and check out is at 12pm.

This hotel is completely non smoking. We do not allow smoking in our rooms, public areas or the restaurant.

Wireless internet access is available throughout the hotel and high-speed wired internet access is available in all guestrooms.

Yes, the fitness center is located on the 2nd floor and is open 24 hours. A room key is needed to enter the fitness center that includes free weights, cardio equipment, and fitness balls.

Yes, room service is available daily. We offer breakfast and dinner (until 10:30pm), and also serve room service brunch on Saturdays and Sundays.

Yes, we have a business center available for your use with copier, fax, data ports and working space.

No, we do not have a pool on-site. Guests who wish to go for a swim can ask the front desk about nearby facilities.

The hotel doesn’t have a spa, but we offer In Room Spa services. Please contact the front desk to set up appointments or see our In Room Spa page for more information.

To offer our guests an all-inclusive array of amenities and services, we charge a taxable $29 Guest Amenities Fee, per day, for each guestroom which includes:

Transportation / Directions

We offer valet parking at the hotel with no in/out privileges for $65+ tax and $75+ tax for oversized vehicles, per day. Valet parking with in/out privileges is $75+ tax and $85+ tax for oversized vehicles, per day. The parking charge is an additional charge to the room rate and is not included unless otherwise noted in the package

Reservations

Yes, we have accessible rooms. Some of these rooms include modified bath tubs with bars and added facility, and some include a roll-in shower.

Yes, an early departure fee in an amount of up to one night’s room and tax may apply.

We have some connecting rooms at the hotel. You may make a request for connecting rooms; however, they are not guaranteed.

We do require presentation of a valid government-issued identification at the time of check-in.

Special rules may apply for guests under the age of 18. This varies by hotel so please contact the hotel for further information prior to making a reservation.

Reservation must be modified or cancelled 48-Hours in advance of Arrival local time to avoid a late cancellation fee. We require a credit card at the time of booking. Please note that for special rates, packages and certain seasons, this policy is subject to change.

Yes, some of our rooms will accommodate rollaways for an additional charge of $20 per night, and cribs are free of charge. Due to fire codes, we cannot make them available for all rooms.

Blue Mermaid Restaurant is open from 7 am-10 pm.

Accounting

You may contact the hotel at 415-563-0800 and ask for the accounting department.

We accept all major credit cards. When you check in to the hotel, we will hold the full room and tax total, plus $100 for honor bar and restaurant charges. These charges will be released from your account within 5 days after check out. We do not accept checks. If you would like to check in to the hotel with cash, we will ask for a deposit of the full room charges and tax plus $100 per night for honor bar and restaurant charges. You will get the remaining money back at the time of check out.

Pets

Yes, pets are allowed at the hotel with no restrictions.

Yes, we have designated pet-friendly floors.

We do not provide pet sitting or dog walking services directly; however, we have recommendations for outside parties at a charge.

We have a park across the street, Aquatic Park.

The Hotel charges a Pet Fee of $75.00 per pet, per stay. An additional $100 cleaning fee will be applied for stays of 7 – 30 days.
